Hello, name's Mario but I'm also known on the internet as DemonicCriminal or LeChatDemon. Been scribbling since I was little, and on my first PC started drawing with a mouse. I didn't know graphic tablets existed until I got pretty decent with drawing with a mouse and only got a tablet recently because I started feeling more limited by the mouse. I draw a variety of things, mostly fan art, anything that leaves an impression on me and makes me want to translate that emotion into an image, ranging from funny memes to eerie drawings.
While i'm glad many people see art as a means to make money -with the internet making that easier and all-, I just draw for the fun of it and even see drawing for others tedious sometimes, but may accept commissions or art trades on occasion. So don't hesitate to ask me about that, or anything else!
G'day mate.
Hey there, i came here to warn you;
See this;
(You can spread it.)
Demon, not sure of your end to action role-playing games (ARPGs), But I finally bought Diablo 3 on Christmas sale, and it's not that good... I remember when Diablo was at least $60, and I said I would wait. I pirated torch light too because people recommended it, and I freaking love that game. Great growing randomized items that are dropped, really slick graphics that don't need an extremely high graphics card and processor, and actually pretty decent storyline, and smooth. And the monsters were interesting! Then I play Diablo 3, which is still being added to, and it's so boring. They could have fancy animations, but this is a very boring gameplay for an ARPG. Just wanted to know if you've played either and if you felt the same. And if you have other ARPGs you would recommend! I never really could get into wow, unfortunately. Especially since it cost money, lol
I heard mixed things about Diablo 3 and didnt want to spend money or time on yet another game that isnt generally considered good. I only just now checked torchlight, the gameplay seems smooth but i dont enjoy these games that promote a constant management of gear like diablo, even though i like thinking and planning about what perks to unlock on big skill trees, to find the most overpowered or creative ways to play. I also hesitate to try 3rd person games even though i do love some of them. I did play the free version of WoW a long time ago and was enjoying it, but had a low level-cap and couldnt let you do many things, i'd consider paying monthly if it was a lot cheaper.
You might want to check out Path of Exile (free game). For the few months that i did play it, it had a fun gameplay that allows for all sorts of weird experimentation. I just thought it got boring after a while, since i personally felt like it wasnt introducing anything new as the main game went on, other than some fun boss encounters, but i only played it alone so it might be worth it with friends. And again, the inventory management was a pain to me.
There's some other popular ARPGs of course, in chase you havent tried them already that I think are worth it, like witcher 3, cyberpunk 2077, fable 2, elden ring.
Demon, I demand to know how you are doing!
Also, my regular hard-working blunt straight to the point no nonsense asking for more work and not taking no for an answer self at my new graduate assistantship at University of South Alabama has prompted one of my co-workers to ask me if I am on the autistic spectrum. Apparently, wanting more work and not listening or caring for people whining puts me on the autistic spectrum and mental disorder. GUGHHH!
Keep drawing and uploading, demon. While I'm over here juggling one last academic binge (*jokingly laughs at "last" but perhaps it could be LAST), I'll live through your art and everybody else's
Good to hear from you!
Business is booming.
Big plans in motion for The Wandering Inn webnovel which im only happy to be included in, alongside other artists, as it continuously grows. I'll be posting more art related to that soon.
I can imagine you oozing an aura of productivity and walking menacingly among the slacking coworkers. Can you blame them? They just feel intimidated by your competence.
-"Relax rookie, that stack of papers has been like that since i got here 2 years ago, no need to start organizing them now, it'd only more work for us."
-"But the long term! THE LONG TERM!"
Just buy them snacks. Snacks are the duct tape of social issues.
Thanks for the faves dude. Just curious, but where does your inspiration for your art come from?
Np. I get inspired by whatever fascinates me at the time, a game, a band, music. A strong emotion or simply a funny idea that i can make a meme of. But if I focus on a painting over several days instead of one sitting, the fire slowly burns out and i lose motivation, hence most of my works looking a bit sketchy/rushed.
